An Open Letter From a Fan of  Tiffany Hicks

Hello, my name is Moira Fossum, Community Relations coordinator for Curry Health Network for 3 years.  My responsibility is to do everything possible to present a positive image of Curry Health Network. This is primarily accomplished by good advertising.

For over a year, I had been told repeatedly by friends who are responsible for the Public Relations for their companies, that I MUST meet Tiffany Hicks because she does such great work. I wish I’d taken their advice right away, because Curry Health Network would be even farther along in our wonderfully professional graphic image Tiffany has created.  She has helped us with a new logo and branding for our growing Network and encouraged us to think and act more progressively. Tiffany is constantly coming up with new and innovative advertising messages.

Another great part about working with Tiffany is that she is so punctual and works hard to keep me on a schedule.  She has taken much of the day to day responsibility for being in contact with the various media off my shoulders and helps me figure out the best plan for the best price.

I’m so glad my friends kept telling me about Tiffany Hicks... one of the best parts of my professional life!

I met Tiffany at a photo counter where we were both customers.  I was looking for someone to make up my wedding invitations and didn't know where to go.  I was under the secrecy act and could tell no one about it.  We talked and I have to admit I was very succinct about what I wanted.  I had a photo and the words.  I also had  a high-demand job that would not allow me to do it myself which is what I preferred to do.  I needed someone who could pull it all together to satisfy me.  Being an artist myself, I wanted things just right!  (You know what working for artists is like!)  Tiffany took my ideas and pulled them all together in a organized fashion.  Not only that, she used embellishments that did not take away from my main intention.  She is amazing!  I got what I wanted but better with her skills!  I was so happy with our invitation.

Tiffany Hicks is amazing! I have worked with her for over 12 years. I first found her when I was a Designer/Builder in Oregon. She quickly created a very identifiable logo and related graphics both for my own business and also for our local Home Builders Association. When I moved to Los Angeles to start a film production company, she quickly created my new company logo and the logo for our first film... all over the phone and electronically. As I have worked for different organizations over the last decade, I have realized that I’ve been using Cornerstone Graphic Design’s creative services and referring her since 2001– over TEN YEARS!

While I was at the Home Builders Association of Josephine County, I started working with Tiffany when I needed assistance with our monthly newsletter. She was quick to help and also offer wonderful suggestions.  She also brightened up all of the Home Show and Tour of Homes advertising and guides. I am most proud of the improvements we achieved on our Annual Membership Directory that Tiffany redesigned.  She helped bring a lackluster ‘book’ to a directory that made the membership proud.  When it was time to address a new logo, it was Tiffany to the rescue! 

My next adventure had me working with a developer that allowed me to learn about the Energy Star New Home program.  We started an inspection business that kept me in contact with the Oregon Dept. of Energy and Energy Star.  Tiffany helped create the logo and the name for our business, Energy Services Group, as well as letterhead, business cards and ads. She made our start-up business look established and professional.

When I went to work for Josephine County Commission for Children and Families, we planned and organized many community events.  I recommended Tiffany’s graphic expertise again, not only for our department, but, community service organizations we were affiliated with. 
Wherever I land next, I know that if I have graphic design needs, I will be contacting Tiffany.  Her expertise and willingness to teach will always be appreciated by me and all of my employers!
